Proofpoint Email Encryption is a strong fit for organizations with regulatory and compliance requirements and an excellent add-on for existing Proofpoint Email Security customers. Because encryption can be automatically triggered via DLP rules, it works particularly well for organizations that already use sensitivity labels.

• Experience for the recipient and the reply workflow: it can be a bit cumbersome for some to go through the portal to read and reply to messages.

I love the usability of Intermedia Email Plus. The only downfall isn't their fault. The issue with Office 365 registry settings requires changes to connect to Intermedia Email Plus flawlessly.

Once the environment is well-tuned, the solution deserves a 10 rating. The platform offers a clear, centralized admin experience and aligns strongly with existing workflows and sensitivity labels.

Intermedia Email Plus support is better, costs are comparable or better, and backups are better than the alternatives.
