    Parallels
We had a medium size fleet of macbook pros that we had deployed and had parallels already installed on them. We looked into a way to standardize and track these devices and started looking into Parallels as a solution to help us with this. Parallels was a good fit due to the fact that most of these machines already had the base system already installed

It is well suited for large corporations for granularity on users' roles, security levels for each application, and for logging in with an extra security layer. For doing demanding network tasks, like downloading a large set of data or for streaming, it could get slower than with a direct connection.

    • Provides what any VPN should provide
    • Works on many OSs, though I will relay my Mac OS experience in another section of the review
    • Their clientless VPN offering could be interesting, depending on your needs

    Cons
    Parallels
    • It can be a bit difficult with a large fleet of computers
    • Can be a bit hard to troubleshoot if there are issues
    • There are other tools that are cheaper that do the same thing albeit not as well

    • It's a little slower
    • Requires to be careful with the configuration on network
    • It seems to cause a weird behavior in MAC when loading after turn on sometimes

    Parallels
We looked at a product called virtual box to do something similar to what we saw from Parallels but it was much more manual for us to deploy out the tool and we would have had to do a lot more work to manage all the systems we have in the fleet

I wasn't a part of the decision process to use Pulse Secure. I believe NordVPN Teams and ExpressVPN are both far superior products. Modern UI (Pulse Secure's UI is incredibly outdated), less reconnects, cheaper, less hacks (On April 20, 2021, CISA issued an "Emergency Directive on Pulse Connect Secure"), and simply faster overall connection speeds.
