KORONA POS is such an excellent POS for small retail businesses or growing businesses. It's possible that at some point we will need to switch to an industry-specific POS, and I could see there being scenarios where something more tailored would work better. But KORONA POS has everything we need: inventory tracking, label creation, sales data, clock in/out, ability to create customer accounts, and sort of create our own system within the system.

Usability

KORONA POS has all the features we need, is organized in such a way that it's fairly easy to click around and figure out how to find what you need, and doesn't take long to get up and running on. Even more advanced features and reports don't require lots of experience to understand. Also, the POS profile front end is easy to customize, so if there start to be too many buttons, you can redesign and make it simpler.
