Keynote Systems (Discontinued) vs. LinkNotions

It is totally suited for start ups that are developing an app. With Keynote they will be able to test it and to have some feedback about the bugs that it may have, even before they launch it. It will help you have a better product once it's launched.

I think LinkNotion is well suited to make visually appealing diagrams. Super useful for presentations. I would say to do more traditional spreadsheeting exercise, I would default to Excel

LinkNotions overall usability is not bad. I wouldn't say the software is exceptionally intuitive but it's easy to set up and get going

I connected with customer support a couple of times throughout using LinkNotions. I found that it was easy to reach technical support. I find that the product works well and there's enough support articles online

We used Keynote Systems because it's easier to use it by yourself and you can prepare your own app and do the testing with the target you are addressing it to.

I would say Microsoft Excel, Air Table and SmartRow are all valid competitors. Excel is great for preforming calculations and building large spreadsheets, automating monthly tasks. But Excel doesn't provide the visual appeal that LinkNotes does
