KYP.ai is a great tool where you need: - accurate and effortless time tracking of staff and processes - insights into areas for optimization/improvement - great visualization and reporting - multi-site operations management - continuous improvement The KYP.ai system allows for systematic operations tracking and optimization in environments where operator and process throughputs are important.

• As I have worked with various ERP automation tools, Worksoft certify is a best tool in terms of End-to-End testing for SAP business processes.

• Very easy to deploy into the environment
• Tracking of all PC based activities
• Excellent customer support

• Prepared 25 end-to-end scenarios that leveraged 3,000 manual test cases and this was a big achievement for the customer to save the regression time and resources.
• It is fast to automate SAP projects
• Improved development cycle and nowadays customers are expecting "lights off" automation. We have scheduled lights off automation mode through Worksoft Certify.

• Ability to track activities that are done not on the tracked PC (requires manual tracking)

• Worksoft Certify solution could be a bit more intuitive and user friendly
• Test Data Management - No testing system will work with bad or interpreted data

Much easier to deploy, much less overhead when getting to the first install, certain features that are not available in other products (process mining). While KYP.ai is not a work force planning tool, it provides a great baseline product for operations tracking and management. There are enough insights to take operations to the next level.

SAP TAO is only alternate tool I would suggest.

• Getting away from manual tracking to fully digital measurement, eliminating errors and subjectivity
• Ability to optimize operator utilization and process throughputs

• Positive: End to End business process validation and Fast Test development
• Licenses issues should be minimized
