It is more suitable to supply organizations with focused and improved risk management processes. I like how its vendor and third party risk management solution is a centralized solution that provides risk taxonomy infrastructure. This bridges the gap in the risk program, allocates resources effectively, keeps all the risk information in one place, and standardizes the risk management process.

Microsoft Defender for Identity is more specialized on the Identity platform, it is a single solution compared to a multi-solution. The integration is better when using the XDR suite in combination with Sentinel. Microsoft Defender for Identity gives a better overview of the security posture
