Logility vs. OpenText RFx Center (legacy)

How well the system is going to match with the company's business.

OpenText RFX is well suited with Smaller or midsize organizations where it can be used as standalone solution. For large organization with Custom procurement processes and integration requirements with other business products like SAP, there are better solutions are available which can be evaluated with OpenText RFX product. Custom development processes are limited in OpenText RFX and there are some solutions like SAP SRM and Ariba can be evaluated.

• Easy to maintain and control .
• User friendly.

Need more time to prove that the system really helps the company.

I didn't make the decision to select Logility.

Solutions like SAP Ariba are better suited for large enterprises with Custom processes and integration requirements with other ERP software like SAP ERP or S/4HANA products which are been used most of the fortune 500 companies. OpenText RFX is good for small and medium organizations with limited customization and integration requirements.
