Great for VC, PE, and RE firms. I-banks and brokers should use it, as well, to scale. Cost might be too high for startups or sporadic fundraisers who don't need an ongoing tool.

• Compared to other LP portals, it is not cheap.
• As it's a new firm, time is needed to prove its performance consistency.
• Rapid release of new features and enhancement requires more training.
