Well suited for a large team with many facilities; in the field use with the app; cloud-based; many users can access the system. Not suited for downloads of pictures/documents in all inspections; slow downloads in the field; the app can lose information if there is a time delay.

Well organized companies will consider SAP S/4HANA for EHS workplace safety to be a good fit. Less organized companies will struggle to adapt. In the end SAP S/4HANA for EHS workplace safety helps bring everyone on the same page and helps minimize the company risks, by keeping the employees safe!

• Uploading of pictures in field; the software can bog down and kick you out of the app.
• Field use; there should be an auto save if the app turns off.
• Ability to attach pictures and documents to more reports/inspections.

We could really have chosen any of the 3 solutions we had looked into. However the key point that made us choose SAP S/4HANA for EHS workplace safety, was the integration in SAP S4/HANA and the benefits this integration brings with it! The other 2 solutions would be island solutions with no integration with our ERP.
