Memonic vs. TIBCO Managed File Transfer

The Memonic tool is a very powerful application that is hugely used by students, research scholars, journalists,s and corporate employees. It helps to jot down important points or a summary which makes a user brief the task with other people. Software is easy to use and has a basic touch. Content can be stored and shared easily.

Tibco Managed File transfer helped the organization resolve the challenge of transferring the files from stakeholders to the internal organization, securely. This includes data from financial, healthcare, insurance, retail, and travel organizations. Tibco MFT helped to set up a secure file transfer protocol in an encrypted manner which can make it possible over FTP, SFTP, and TCP Protocols. A very advantageous product when comes to secure data transfer. When it comes to big organizations, data and security are the major concerns and MFT can fulfill implement both the requirements effectively and efficiently.

• Easy to use web surface.
• Easy sync of data between any device.
• Notes are stored without ay hassle and can be fetched even if you are not online.

• Sharing files to external stakeholders.
• Receiving huge files through external stakeholders.
• Sharing large size files securely.
• File transfer automation.

• Application is little bit out dated and can have a new UI.
• Basic Grammar and Spell check functionality should be added.
• Should include more security layers.

• MFT IS can be made more interactive.
• Right now it does not have any integration with monitoring tools that can be introduced.
• Built in plugins for Cloud enablement.

• Positive: Easy file sharing and user friendly.
• Negative: No spell/grammar check functionality.
• Positive: Multiple device support.
• Positive: We can easily download any data once synced with the device via offline mode also.

• A platter of functionalities served for the data sharing.
• Minimal manual intervention.
• Easy to manipulate from the Admin's perspective.
