It will help provide a first look analysis for when users are complaining about specific applications are slowness or something else, it's a good first pot to look at only if you've previously decided to start monitoring. If you've never had complaints for it, short of finding a general internet issue, this tool does not help. The limited amount of apps you can monitor becomes a handicap quick but your crown jewels will be monitored.

Feels often hard to discern what tab one needs to be in to see relevant information. If I am in applications looking at it and I find a few people have issues, I then have to leave the applications tab to go to each individual user and discern why they are having issues instead of being able to select all of those individuals and lump them together. It does do geo grouping though which sometimes helps.
