Prices vary by project and credits are per Tonne of CO₂. "A carbon credit is a financing tool to support projects reducing greenhouse gas emissions or recapturing carbon from the atmosphere. A single carbon credit is equal to one tonne of carbon dioxide equivalent gases. Carbon credits were formalized by the United Nations Kyoto Protocol. That UN body also developed the key principles and rules guiding verified credits today. In the past, there have been a range of activities that could issue carbon credits. Many experts believe that carbon markets previously were flooded with unverified credits that did not represent real carbon reduction. Our team at Pachama wants to change that. We work only with projects that have third-party verification and pass our own standards."

Likelihood to Recommend	Millie When we first launched Millie, we were only using Giving Madness (their bracket style giving campaign) and it wasn't well received. The Millie Team worked with us to "right size" our offerings and when we launched the nonprofit search tool coupled with the volunteer portal, we saw more employees looking into ways to give and volunteer. It was the right level of support, engagement, and functionality to make our program a success. Usability	Millie Millie is a very easy tool for both administrators and employees. We've had very little pushback with adoption and utilization among all generations of employees. The help videos and written procedures make it very easy to introduce new employees to the resource. We currently have 95% of our employees actively registered in Millie.
