Millie vs. VERSO GmbH

When we first launched Millie, we were only using Giving Madness (their bracket style giving campaign) and it wasn't well received. The Millie Team worked with us to "right size" our offerings and when we launched the nonprofit search tool coupled with the volunteer portal, we saw more employees looking into ways to give and volunteer. It was the right level of support, engagement, and functionality to make our program a success. And I think that is the root of our appreciation for Millie: they are invested in OUR success

Millie is a very easy tool for both administrators and employees. We've had very little pushback with adoption and utilization among all generations of employees. The help videos and written procedures make it very easy to introduce new employees to the resource. We currently have 95% of our employees actively registered in Millie.

I have a dedicated support person; she is quick to respond to my inquiries, always with solutions and ways for me to move forward.

We haven't used any of these other soft wares but did evaluate them based on our needs and price. Ultimately, Millie was still the least expensive option
