MultiPass vs. XPAY

Multipass gateway solution provides a wide range of features for both merchants and their customers. Merchants can get their foreign payments directly to their bank account. It offers multiple currency payment & international money exchange rate. All of our customer information & payment activity can be tracked by it's online merchant portal. I suggest it to small business owners who are searching for a secured & reliable payment gateway system

Xpay is perfect for a centralized location for all payments coming in. It also handles the security and ease to be incorporated by our IT team into the online portal. A vast array of different payment methods ensure all possible options are covered. You can then track what has been paid and now and send reminders.

• We can create our own hosted business related payment page through MultiPass.
• Recurring billing option can be setup for our customers.
• It provides merchant centre for businesses. Multipss gateway merchants can access all of their real time transactions activity & customer information.

• They provide customer service over the week but sometimes they are unreachable.
• MultiPass charge monthly maintenance fee, sometimes it is unaffordable for small businesses.
• Their online Merchant Center sometimes stuck suddenly.

In my business career I used many payment gateway system but MultiPass is one of the best Solution compared to others. Xoom, Skrill & others are too much complicated. They wants lots of documents for seamless transactions. But MultiPass is easy to set up. It is customizable & secured. It provides exact currency exchange rates like international market. Their customer support solve each problem instantly. MultiPass adds great value into small businesses. That's why i prefer it amongst all.

Xpay could do with some more personalization features but is more cost effective. For example ability to add photos or videos to requests. Payment can be taken via ascend but accepts less payment types and is not as secure hence the replacement with Xpay. Xpay is a simplified version and easy to use and scale.

• Our international sale increase day by day when we setup international payment system through MultiPass.
• We can collect various customer information by it's merchant portal.
• We can collect payments directly to our bank.
• Real time transactions can be tracked by it.

• Saves a tone of time
• Extra cost could be cheaper
• Possibly cuts time for payments as people can pay however they like
