The workouts are in the app and have detailed instructions on how to complete them. The only issue I feel is that the app is sometimes hard to find things. Some stuff feels buried. Usability	My PT Hub The app is available on both IOS and android. Since it is a mobile app, you can use it anywhere in the world which comes in handy if you're out of town.
