    DR doesn't work well with PayPal subscriptions, renewal rate is very low. So, if company is using a subscription model it should have another payment system as a backup

    Since we moved from another website builder, we needed a site migration. The migration went great! Several important issues were resolved with Zegashop, both in terms of site speed, product layout, and filtering.

    • Definitely need Web-based API to manage subscription including changes in renewal date
    • Add more languages (especially Arabic)
    • Redirect user to PayPal directly without entering to shopping cart

    We are using Stripe as alternative solution for some categories of users and as a backup. Stripe has much more flexible API but less flexible template customization.

    We migrated to Zegashop, so our previous platform was not enough for us because we were spending a lot of money without having enough sales, the website was slow, we were losing customers, and Zegashop does not have these problems.
