I really like using MyFitnessPal personally but also am aware of my triggers and how monitoring my weight could turn into unhealthy behavior. I do not recommend it if people are not at that point, but only if folks want to monitor their weight/food intake.

I like Apple Health as a more holistic app but like using MyFitnessPal for more general weight management.
