Neat vs. AutoEntry by Sage

If you need a program to keep all of your receipts in one place and have the ability to report on them, then Neat is the program you want. Also, if you want to get rid of all the business cards you have laying around but keep the contact info, Neat is the program you need.

If the client still insists on sending an actual bank statement it is extremely easy to convert the statement using AutoEntry by Sage

• Accurately convert paper to data
• Reconciles Supplier Statements
• Empowers both me and the clients

• Wish it had the ability to edit business cards, i.e. lighten dark ones.
• Wish you could scan 2 pages into one receipt - to include backup.

AutoEntry by Sage has supplier statement reconciliation and alot less cost effective

• Saves a lot of time by having digitized business cards.
• Saves time categorizing charge card receipts at the end of the month.
