NetApp SnapRestore vs. Recoverit

Honestly, any time that data is in play and it is very important, you should consider using SnapRestore to back it up correctly. We always want to have a failsafe and SnapRestore is ours. We know the data is safe and can be re-uploaded to any of our main servers so it gives us peace of mind.

Word documents are not easily recovered, even some pdf files we got where is very bad shape many pages were shuffled or not clear. PNG files did well but many images were simply repeated over many times. Also system files and codes were not recovered at all. We never for the code files back

• It found files I could not find for weeks using other products.
• It recovers files even when they are damaged.

• I think before deciding to purchase a plan, the user must make sure that Recoverit really helped restore the file.
• It is possible to make a preview window in which the user can see the layers that are displayed in the psd file (before downloading this file).
• If in the preview window it is clear that the file was indeed restored, only after that I think the user decides to purchase a subscription in order to download the corrected file

Alex from the Wondershare Support Team did a wonderful job in helping me with my tough situation. Even though we couldn't solve my problem, we realized that it was unsolvable from the beginning because my computer had already overwritten the data before I used Recoverit. So Alex didn't hesitate to work on a refund for me and I thank him for that.

I wasn't involved in the decision-making process related to SnapRestore. My boss said that she reviewed various different platforms, not sure which ones, and she liked SnapRestore the most and that it made the most sense for our business. So far, we have yet to have any issues and the decision was a great choice.
