i think manageengine access manager is better overall in the ease of deployment, and the fact that it had native RDP ssh and sql access from a single console.
The main thing that made the difference is that integrates with the other manage engine solutions ecosystem.
ManageEngine Access Manager Plus is ideal where you have numerous external contractors who need privileged temporary access to secure systems, it is also ideal for the elevation of privileges of internal users. Access can be controlled very precisely and sessions can be recorded and access can be revoked at any time.
I think the solution covered a big gap we had, and we could not find a system in the market that covers the same areas with greats features availability, the solution serves three departments in our organization, the Infrastructure, Security and Audit departments, and this demonstrates how critical and beneficial it is.
