NICE Actimize vs. Sensfrx

It is a powerful solution that brings together other suites of products in addition to something very strong with data and AI, around with the financial services sector. And there is a lot of work with risk mitigation and threat detection which it does especially well. Also, well used in banking

• A strength of the system is the ability to track patterns of activity and alert users to high risk areas of business.
• Additionally the system allows you to track the status of the account/alerts and further document the resolution or actions taken to address the alerts generated.

• For some functionalities, Integration and design process involves three different systems.
• In Policy manager. Fraud detection rules creation still mostly relies on free writing. The fields are available to be selected from a drop down list but the using the functions requires some experience from the user
• Products DB tables are too normalized in my opinion

Product is continuously optimized by the end user/customer and in line with banking applications as the go-to place. Also, KYC and AML work is key in this area which NICE Actimize offers. And DataIQ is a good offering with data intelligence helping to deal with the intelligence automation and AI trends.

As a fraud prevention consultant i worked both with Actimize IFM And Fico Falcon.
For Card Fraud (debit/credit) Falcon has an advantage, but on the end to end fraud Actimize is a better investment.
