When looking up the networks I can plug into there was only about 29 countries available whereas other VPN's I've used had quite a few more countries availble to use. This was bit of a bummer but not too cumbersome. Next in the area of not recording my browser history I believe that this is were the software excels.

OpenVPN its a well known solution but it pales compared to WireGuard in terms of perfomance, speed and easey implementation.
Also it required less resources.
