OneAdvanced People vs. SutiHR

Advanced Cloud HR helps to solve problems with diversified magnitude and changing needs of an organization, the ones which are faced by the HR department obviously. This tool is a simple solution to most of the challenging HR tasks like leave application, Training tracking, Career progression, and many others. We implemented SutiHR as our first HR system. This choice was based on flexibility, ease of use, functionality and, of course, the equality of our data. While it doesn't offer a compelling interface like other products we've demonstrated, SutiHR has an all-in-one solution from new hire to termination, with room for customization.

• I wish it had an easier use of time sheets. It is not feasible to use without having to have a specific time set.

This is a cloud-native application and it's very easy to implement and deploy across multiple platforms. This makes it a go-to tool for many organizations. However, the above-mentioned tools are no way less. They are the market leaders in the HRM department and are already established, players. But considering the price tag, they carry on license Advance Cloud HR is absolutely a no-brainer choice for organizations looking to get value for money.
