OpenText Information Archiving vs. OpenText Email Archiving and Management

OpenText archive center is much appreciated with Data retention and encryption. Less appreciated when if you need to make changes to the system every time we need technical support from OpenText.

The OpenText Email Archiving and Management solution allows us to centrally manage all of your mailboxes, including PSTs, MSG files, and EMLs. Before implementing this solution, we had several different tools that struggled to work across platforms. It is a great email archiving and management tool for any business no matter its size. It's extremely user-friendly for the everyday employee and the tech support team is fantastic.
