I highly recommend the Oracle Data Integration Platform if you are using OBIEE as a reporting tool. ODI offers a large number of solutions. The on-premise product was expensive to implement and maintain. The cloud version is most suitable for small scale to large scale implementations.

It is easy to navigate, but can be finnicky in finding exactly what you need, especially if different objects have similar names, e.g. a table, relationship, column, platform, could all have variations of similar names, and it can get confusing what level you are navigating on when exploring. It also depends on the upkeep of updated information, such as metadata and descriptions associated with data assets
