I gave this rating because overall, the experience with Salesforce Assistant has been very positive. It’s easy to use, practical, and actually helps our team stay organized and focused on closing deals instead of wasting time managing tools. Since using it, our follow-ups have been more consistent, communication clearer, and we have lost fewer leads along the way.
