PayrollHero vs. Sling

To organize and keep up with streamlined company procedures, use PayrollHero. The fact that PayrolHero is a cloud-based service that allows me to access it from any location and on any device is what I value the most. Another feature that I like is you can create profiles of all employees with their work histories so you can be more organized and evaluate performance. It allows you to track time worked by employees, see where the employees are in real-time, and use facial recognition to ensure they adhere to their schedules.

Sling offers enough customization I can see it working in most any scheduling scenarios. The ability to build job types into each employee gives you the control to match employee skills with the need for any particular position. Time of day templates makes it easy to select various shift times.

• Employee Clock-in is the best function of this software.
• It helps with managing attendance which can be further used for reporting purpose.
• Works great with my iPhone and the web based browsers.

• Ease of access for managers & employees alike.
• Sling staff always reply almost right away when I have had questions in the past.
• We love utilizing the different colors for the schedule, so it's easier to see who's what and where/when.
• Easy for staff to apply for shifts.
• Free version does everything we need it to!

• The interface for the software needs some improvements. the color combination doesn't look professional.

PayrollHero functions well than other available applications for HR management. It helps easy time tracking with better reporting for management. The interface can be improved more to make it unique and professional. But over all it helps with managing HR day to day operations easily. It has been great tool for HR people

• Make it easy for the payroll team to check the employees attendance.
