PayrollHero vs. SutiHR

To organize and keep up with streamlined company procedures, use PayrollHero. The fact that PayrolHero is a cloud-based service that allows me to access it from any location and on any device is what I value the most. Another feature that I like is you can create profiles of all employees with their work histories so you can be more organized and evaluate performance. It allows you to track time worked by employees, see where the employees are in real-time, and use facial recognition to ensure they adhere to their schedules.

We implemented SutiHR as our first HR system. This choice was based on flexibility, ease of use, functionality and, of course, the equality of our data. While it doesn't offer a compelling interface like other products we've demonstrated, SutiHR has an all-in-one solution from new hire to termination, with room for customization.

• Employee Clock-in is the best function of this software.
• It helps with managing attendance which can be further used for reporting purpose.
• Works great with my iPhone and the web based browsers.

• The interface for the software needs some improvements. the color combination doesn't look professional.

• I wish it had an easier use of time sheets. It is not feasible to use without having to have a specific time set.

PayrollHero functions well than other available applications for HR management. It helps easy time tracking with better reporting for management. The interface can be improved more to make it unique and professional. But over all it helps with managing HR day to day operations easily. It has been great tool for HR people
