Sakari vs. TextUs

It's great for high-volume use and one-on-one communication. It is a great way for us to reach people who can't speak on the phone or who are in a rush. It is also a great tool for following up with candidates who have become unresponsive.

• Seamlessly connected with our hubspot.
• I see all the past records of the contact ie. what we had sent them earlier, offers we shared with them etc within hubspot.
• Back then our HR team also used it, to reach out to candidates who are potentially fit for a job.
• It's real time ie. the contacts that we reach out to on TextUs, are already synced with our hubspot which is great.

• It would be nice to have a labeling feature outside of the "tags".
• Needs a sorting/filtering option.

The UI is not cluttered, it just hits the right nodes and doesn't ask you to do many things at once, also it's easy to do stuff if you know what I mean
