SAP Asset Performance Management is a great tool for managers/ supervisor who can have a data driven approach for KPI monitoring and evaluation. it also help in adjusting KPI's to realistic goals and targets based on business need.

• Extra-efficient payroll management system.
• Intuitive analytics and report generation in multiple formats.
• Highly configurable tool as per user specifications.

• In my opinion, there is room for improvement in SAP Asset Performance Management with Working closely with Partner

• Teamwise is software is only web-based software do not provide features for mobile like a mobile application.
• This software is too much costly for a small business.
• And needs complete training to run and manage all the features and functionalities.

TeamWise fulfills all our HR related requirements and keeps on improvising the product on a continual basis.

Similar look and feel to other SAP solutions. Not much of a learning curve for current users. Being a public cloud solution limits the ability for customization.

We selected APM because we are already heavy SAP users and didn’t want to have to invest to heavily in system/data integration with other vendors.
