    I have also used Tricentis Tosca for test automation. As compared with Tosca, Selenium IDE is simpler and easier to start with for basic web testing. Tosca provides more advanced features for enterprise-level testing.

    Selenium is well suited for web application automation as this have multiple ways to automate the web elements also this does very well for repeated scenario like search, navigation and form submission.

    Selenium is provided good ROI as this only requires development efforts only as this is open source tool which doesn't require any licence which reduces the costing and also Selenium is very easy to learn and adopt for automation.

    • As Selenium is open source tool so we can use this without any licence which reduces the cost of company which is good ROI
    • Yes, Selenium provide good ROI as we automate the web application and client asks us for frequent changes which need multiple rounds of regression testing
