Snipe-IT

Snipe-IT is well suited to managed inventory, accessories, contracts, audits, and maintenance. Some features are specific to assets and others cover all types of items put into Snipe-IT. It is tedious to manage user equipment as kits are mostly not usable and checking in items from a user requires each individual item to be checked in.

Snipe-IT is easy to use, fairly easy to install, and simple for end users to find their assigned equipment. Tweaking it does take some configuration outside of the UI with scripting, config file changes, and battling php configurations at times. The GUI is pretty well done for most day to day functions.
