SutiHR vs. Synergy!BCS

We implemented SutiHR as our first HR system. This choice was based on flexibility, ease of use, functionality and, of course, the equality of our data. While it doesn't offer a compelling interface like other products we've demonstrated, SutiHR has an all-in-one solution from new hire to termination, with room for customization.

• I wish it had an easier use of time sheets. It is not feasible to use without having to have a specific time set.

• In my personal opinion, we feel that this product is one of the best as it is quite useful and we feel that it is quite useful and has no flaws.
