Tanzu Application Catalog vs. Webix UI

The best way to take advantage of VMware Application Catalog (Bitnami) is as in the case I mentioned, that you constantly implement these free software, where any time saved is important in terms of installation, configuration and testing environment, it really is a very useful solution, also if you need a good community and support; however the cloud and VMs solutions is not designed for huge products, these can be slow or remain insufficient if the use of these grows a lot, even though it is an easy-to-use product, you need to have enough knowledge in terms of installation and management of cloud solutions, a beginner can find himself in trouble

If you need to create an interactive data report, optimize a workflow, handle hierarchical data or make calculations in a powerful spreadsheet, you will find a proper widget for your needs in the Webix UI library. If we want to display data in various forms Webix UI layouts and widget help to organize a web page and define its overall look-and-feel.

• The Kanban Control allowed to implement a compelling task management system with little effort.
• The Chart Control made it easy to create our dashboard and it was a lot easier than using D3js as we did before. D3 allows a lot more flexibility but it takes often 10 times longer to get a chart done than using Webix.
• Support at Webix is very helpful and responsive.

• Possibility to configure the implementation through mobile devices
• Sometimes the performance of the VMs is slower than expected
• A best way to do the upgrades, you have reinstall and reconfigure in this process

Webix UI is a cross-browser, cross-device JavaScript framework which makes it easy to build a complex Web UI. Most features work as expected. While working with large datasets, you can load data dynamically to reduce complexity and improve performance. It provides a set of integration extensions that allow you to add third-party tools into an application.

VMware Application Catalog (Bitnami) offers better tools to complete the task faster and more efficiently. The customer support and knowledge base is also well presented and trained

React was too time consuming. Kendo was another good one, but more expensive and seemed less responsive. [Sencha's] demo didn't seem to justify the price.

• We save a lot of time implementing the apps, less engineers working on this phase
• The upgrade process of the apps can be a pain and a waste valuable time
• The mains options of the VMware Application Catalog (Bitnami) are free so is important for save money in our organization

• It saved us 1000s of USD for just using the Kanban Board instead of developing it from scratch.
