Hypersign and Mvix Digital Signage. Telemetry TV's display options and reliability beat both of them. Telemetry also offered a lot more at a much better price point.

I tried a different platform for this and it was very complicated and I was unable to grasp the flow of the program to get it to work with our building. Telemetry is so easy to use for all levels of technologically savvy people.

Mvix and HyperSign... Mvix was modular add-on signage. License heavy. HyperSign didn't work for us seeing that the customization was not there.

Setting up in a building where you need TV signage with dynamic content that is simple to modify. Telemetry would be good for this because it is all centrally cloud-managed allowing for quick and easy changes. Telemetry TV can be set up with any TV and Chromebox device which allows for ease of setup as well.

  • Easy to learn, easy to set up.
  • More than one user can access and make edits, add new material, etc.
  • Good assortment of communication Apps.
  • Excellent online help/chat function. Click on the chat icon and someone responds promptly.
  • Low maintenance, once it's set up it just keeps running.

Each time I have called with a problem, I have gotten a prompt and courteous reply. And, my problem is always solved and followed up on. I honestly don't get this type of response from any other support group I am involved with. Thanks so much for such an outstanding staff.

  • Adding info to the screens is simple and quick. Our previous system was more time consuming. We are able to post important information in real time.
  • Because more than one user can access the screens, the work load can be distributed.
