TestProject vs. Worksoft Connective Automation Platform

We used to really love TestProject. It was easy to use, the interface was intuitive, and the customizations for test steps were great. Lately, though, in my experience, our agent has been dying, with no messaging, the support has been non-existent trying to help with these problems, and the installation was rough. I would have recommended this 6 months ago at a 9, but now, down to a two. If you can do everything yourself without support, if you have more visibility into the agent (ours is on a remote server) to see when it dies, and more, then you could use this product.

• As I have worked with various ERP automation tools, Worksoft certify is a best tool in terms of End-to-End testing for SAP business processes.
• It is easy to understand by business people

• Prepared 25 end-to-end scenarios that leveraged 3,000 manual test cases and this was a big achievement for the customer to save the regression time and resources.
• It is fast to automate SAP projects
• Improved development cycle and nowadays customers are expecting "lights off" automation. We have scheduled lights off automation mode through Worksoft Certify.

• In my experience, TestProject agent has been flaky as of lately
• In my opinion, support has been almost non-existent

• Worksoft Certify solution could be a bit more intuitive and user friendly
• Test Data Management - No testing system will work with bad or interpreted data

SAP TAO is only alternate tool I would suggest.

• When our automated tests work and run smoothly, we are able to keep an easy eye on our UI.
• The user interface is super easy, we can generate multiple test cases quickly.
