TMW.Suite is well-suited as a total package for managing customer orders, managing drivers, paying drivers, billing customers, etc. TMW.Suite allows for our dispatchers to effectively assign drivers to pickup orders and deliver them. However, there are times when scenarios arise that require us to make changes to an order, such as splitting an order to another trailer or reassigning it to another driver due to unforeseen circumstances. We have not encountered a scenario where we were unable to accomplish something we felt was necessary to conduct business. Trimble has a great support team that provides solutions to obstacles that we may run into.
It's a fairly straightforward system once you have been trained on it. Not overly complicated and has all the functionality that is needed for a user to do their job effectively. There are multiple modules that allow different departments to perform their job descriptions, and each one is fairly simple in terms of the interface.
