trading turrets are a unique phone solution that allow up to 30 simultaneous calls and this is one of the few call recording solutions that is designed to interpret those media streams correctly and show them as separate calls. It can also allow playback directly to the turret which is useful to the end users.
The documentation provided was simple to follow and includes the configuration required on the turrets and many other common phone systems. It has role based access control meaning that supervisors can log into the web interface and view recordings for only those users or devices that they should be able to see, while not being able to disrupt the system.
Qfiniti was our previous recording solution, but could not handle the turret media streams, despite us trying to manipulate its settings. Verint financial compliance also has an import function for a number of systems, including a custom CSV import option so we could get all the old recordings and metadata from Qfiniti when we migrated too.
