Plagiarism detection is the sole purpose of Copyscape, it can be easily used for all kinds of content, from blog posts to LinkedIn profiles and social media posts, you can also upload a PDF and DOC.

Pros

It is my favorite because of its simple way of operating.
It is quite easy to commission and someone can effortlessly execute your verification.
CopyScape allows you the landing page where the content is copied.
Copyscape uses Google and Bing to search the Internet for plagiarism.

Cons

Copyscape free does not allow you to post text directly from a .docx or .pdf document to its text box. This is only available if you are using Copyscape Premium.
Lack of mobile options.
Unresponsive customer service.

As far as I am concerned, it is not a tool designed for the education sector as much more effort is put into website verification than academic papers.

We use CopyScape in our organization to control whether a web page has copied content. The operation is very simple. It works like a search engine, it helps to know if the content that you acquire has not been copied or stolen from other sites and if its originality is completely true. It is made up of a free and a paid function.

Pros

In the free version, it gives you the ability to look page by page for plagiarism. You simply need to put in the URL and Copyscape immediately goes all over the web to verify, assuming the content of your page has been copied.
The paid version allows many more options. Copyscape Premium has a series of advantages that the free version does not have, such as the possibility of copying texts and pasting them in a kind of search box that specifies whether it is duplicate content or not.
Works offline.

Cons

It is a complete program that works excellent in any case.

The application allows you to scan words and detect any plagiarism in seconds. The concealer works well and is extremely fast and reliable. In case of forgery, Copyscape gives us the option of visiting the said page, knowing the whois information of the owner, and gives us some suggestions on the most competent method to continue in case we find a duplicate of our content.
