Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I normally use DKM (Dynamic Knowledge Management) portal for viewing my payslip ,total cost to company, downloading form 16 in case of ITR file (for india tax calculation). Also to access all my organization documents related to payroll or HR this is the place. To be honest the tool is very much user friendly with easy and quick logins.

Pros

  • To access my payroll documents examples payslip, reimbursement, CTC etc.
  • To add my investment details for income tax proofs.
  • Quick logon and awsome user experience.

Cons

  • Reporting and analytics needs improvement quite basic needs some advanced report extraction features.
  • Integration with other HR systems should be provided,
  • There should be linkage with Teams to receive any notification related to salary update or salary being credited.

Return on Investment

  • HR work has reduced to great level , instead of sending payslips to each employee has platform to access his present and past records,
  • Easy to reimburse with just basic knowledge required ,
  • A bit i feel negative impact in terms of integration with erp platforms- where its a challenge to do that
