HP ConvergedSystem 500 for SAP HANA is serving us really well in our organisation and maybe, it is very appropriate in hospitals and healthcare organisations. This is because, so far, it serves our current needs perfectly well since its deployment. However, in situations of fluctuating electric power, where power can go off for hours, it just sits and looks at you, like any other automated system anyway.
HP ConvergedSystem 500 for SAP HANA is currently being used for data warehousing. We've implemented it to be used across our entire organization. It addresses data security, ease of use for data access, and was able to be set up with efficiency and ease. The expansive memory also allows us to not worry about data reliability.
Pros
Architecture includes expansive memory - permits additional memory as to not bog the server.
Cloud/Server storage is reliable and permits our employees to communicate and access data on the go.
Client Virtualization allows employee-customer access easily while on site.
Cons
More built in memory would be a preference for organizations with larger memory needs.
Set up is fairly simple, but instructions could be more detailed.
Cost could always be decreased, but still a good value in the current market.

It is well suited for a virtual workplace. I find it incredibly reliable to send my employees into the field with the understanding that when they need to access client records (including prior work orders, purchase amounts, and warrantee records) they will be able to seamlessly. It has truly become like an additional employee for our organization and has cut the need for man hours.
