Neat is being used to keep track of all of the company's charge card receipts. This makes it much easier to do the monthly break-down of charges into categories.
Pros
- Neat keeps all of your charge card receipts in one place.
- Neat makes it easy to do your monthly breakdown of charges into categories.
Cons
- Wish it had the ability to edit business cards, i.e. lighten dark ones.
- Wish you could scan 2 pages into one receipt - to include backup.
Likelihood to Recommend
If you need a program to keep all of your receipts in one place and have the ability to report on them, then Neat is the program you want. Also, if you want to get rid of all the business cards you have laying around but keep the contact info, Neat is the program you need.
