Satisfied with the Product [and] Want to Learn to do More!
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Sometimes, [I feel like] it puts too many restrictions. [I believe that] we do not have enough skills to maintain it. Generally, I feel it is too complicated to work with it, but probably [if you have] the skill set, [it would be better]. With the help of some training, [I think] it would be less stressful. Also, currently [in my case], there is a budget problem, which didn't exist a year ago. The product does its job, so [in my opinion,] there are more positive than negative experiences.
Pros
- Error messages are very understandable, providing you are in the loop.
- The more you [use] it, the more comfortable you feel with the product.
- It is logical.
Cons
- It is not easy to learn [if] you didn't get professional training.
- Teamwork is important, but, [in my opinion,] we do not have enough resources, so sometimes I feel helpless.
- I would like to have more resources available online.
Likelihood to Recommend
I think it is well suited for big organizations. Even my place of work is pretty big [and] only part of [my organization] is using it, so it doesn't seem important to management in terms of budgeting and other help. It [should] be better when at least 50% of employees return to the office, [but] it [hasn't] happened yet.
