We have used Systools to recover data off a crash drive for an employee that had important sales data that wasn't backed up. It found the lost directory and all of our data was retrieved. I'm very happy with the results. I have used other recovery tools in the past but the completeness of the recovery with Systools was almost complete, except for the actual failed sectors.

- Better recovery, more complete, than other tools I've used before
- Made it easy find the data after the recovery
- It was faster than other recovery tools I've used in the past
Cons
- It could make copying thr data to the new drive easier
Likelihood to Recommend
I found that for a small business. with no dedicated IT, to be rather easy to use. I feel it would be less appropriate for a large business with a dedicated IT department that would probably have other tools to use in place of Systools. Although my experience was very well received,
