Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne
I do the configuration of ApptioOne and assisting user in CT and ITP.
- great out of the box reporting
- Easy to configure
- flexibility with customize reporting
- I find reference data in It Planning frustrating. fixing the errors can be diffcult in my opinion.
Currently we use datalink for most data feeds however we just started modeling, currently only out to towers
- for us what ApptioOne does well is the interrogation of planning and CT
none at teh moment
