The benefits of doing so are easy handling of the tool and easy administration to share with the company using the active directory. This brilliantly helps all of us to solve data problems regarding data discovery significantly.

Whatever role a person is in, it makes understand data very easily. Certain formats of a document cannot be imported or exported. But mostly it's a great product and you will love it for sure.
