Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®
I utilize CCH SureTax as a sales tax processing software. CCH connects with my ERP system and applies sales tax to customer orders based on location and tax setup on our customer cards. We further utilize CCH to file state sales tax returns in multiple states.
- Applying appropriate sales tax to customers
- Customer service
- Having a dedicated sales rep
- Transparency with their billing
- Negative ROI - having to spend too much time on misc billing that no one at CCH can explain. After months of going back and forth finally got it written off
- Negative ROI - charged for overage on use when no prior history or communication that could even be charged for use in any of our documents.
