Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Business 350 Series

Cisco Business 350 Series provided us with the combination of affordability and capabilities with our small sites deployments (such as temporary offices or remote locations that are to be used in the interim), without sacrificing performance and most importantly cross-compatibility with the existing infrastructure we have at our headquarters. It has allowed us to be better connected in multiple sites, be it a starting ground to ultimately simple, temporary remote locations.

Pros

  • Reliable and stable network connectivity
  • Secure wired and wireless connectivity
  • Well integrated with our Unified Communications Portfolio that is used in the core business

Cons

  • Additional L3 traffic management (future proofing)
  • Better "stacking" capabilities
  • It's Networkwide Automatic Voice Deployment
  • Power efficiency
  • Price to performance ratio

Do you think Cisco Business 350 Series delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Cisco Business 350 Series's feature set?

Yes

Did Cisco Business 350 Series live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Cisco Business 350 Series go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Cisco Business 350 Series again?

Yes

In our specific use case, Cisco Business 350 Series was a go-to in terms of planning, deploying, and building remote offices and temporary locations (that may eventually become larger size-wise). It has been fundamental given the price to performance and capabilities that we have obtained from this equipment. As these sites have no certainty just yet due to the early stages of planning or based on requirements, it would be unwise if we go "all-out" on the equipment from the get-go.
