Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Center
Cisco Catalyst Center allows even tier 1 technicians to adjust switches and other network equipment. It cuts down on ticket escalation and aids greatly in making adjustments to the network easily. The speed and efficiency that we can make changes allows for more time to do larger projects. It also aids in making sure all pieces of the network are uniformly configured.

I think in many ways they are very similar. Cisco Catalyst Center seems more like an evolution of Prime which was already a great solution. Main difference being that Catalyst center is significantly more powerful, with that power though comes complexity and so by extension Prime would be more simple to use and operate.
