Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki Dashboard

In our organization, We use Cisco Meraki Dashboard for managed customers and we use extensively both the UI and the API of the Cisco Meraki Dashboard. Our customers want to interconnect their 100+ branches and this is a hassle-free platform to use.

Pros

  • Great API
  • Ease of use
  • Beautiful and intuitive UI

Cons

  • The API should have versioning
  • Ease of deployment, saves money
  • Very easy to productize as a managed service
